Student dies during +2 exam

A student died during the ongoing Plus Two examination at the Bonaigarh College in Sundargarh district on Tuesday. He was identified as Md Arbaj, a resident of Juniani village under the Lahunipara police station.

 Arbaj, a Plus II Science student, fell unconscious while appearing in the annual examination in the college, following which he was rushed to the Sub-Divisional Hospital in Bonai, where he was declared dead.

“Arbaj suddenly fell down just 30 minutes before completion of the examination. We took him to the hospital where the doctors declared him dead,” said a classmate of Arbaj.

On receiving the information, his family members rushed to the hospital. The cause of death was yet to be ascertained. A pall of gloom descended on the college following the incident.
