Transgender's body with injury marks found in bushes

The Gurugram police recovered a body of a transgender with injury marks on his head and face in the Sector-29 area on Monday. The deceased was identified as 32-year-old Milan Shiekh a resident of West Bengal, who was transgender. According to police, the deceased's nephew alerted them about the incident. On this, a team of Sector-29 police station reached the spot and recovered the body lying in a pool of blood in a bush in front of Leisure Valley Park in Sector 29. A team of forensic experts also visited the spot and collected evidence and information about the deceased. 

   “Preliminary investigations revealed that after an argument someone hits the victim with a stone to hide identity and to destroy evidence. The police are probing matter," Sanjeev Balhara, Assistant Commissioner of police (DLF) said.
