Chhattisgarh Police on Friday arrested a woman here and seized eight kg of cannabis valued at Rs 80,000 from her.
Raipur Additional Superintendent of Police Tarkeshwar Patel said Shabnam Bano (41) of Durg city has been taken into custody.
Acting on a tip, police laid a trap and nabbed her with the drugs when she was looking for customers near the railway station.
Bano told police that she brought the consignment from Odisha to supply it in Durg and Raipur cities.
