In yet another horrific incident reported from the Dugda area, a bus agent youth was shot by at least two unidentified miscreants early morning on Monday. The upsetting incident occurred in Bermo's Dugda area and the injured youth, identified as Ranjit Singh, was raced to the BGH hospital but after first aid, where doctors have sent him to RIMS, Ranchi for better treatment.
Police sources said that the injured youth works as an agent for Dhanbad- Phusro bus and was standing near a school at Chanduadih area and waiting for the bus to arrive. While two youths wearing helmets came on a motorcycle and managed to escape after hitting the youth with two bullets in the arm and one bullet in his chest.
The crime was caught on CCTV cameras and Police are looking at it. Event being mentioned 5 o'clock in the morning.
According to the cops, mutual enmity could be the reason behind the hitting of the 35-year-old man, stated the Dugda police.
Furnishing more information on the case, one of the eyewitnesses stated that an argument broke out between the victim and him a few days back and he believed that they might have attacked Ranjit Singh to seek revenge, as per reports.
