Thoughtfully curated by the two-time Michelin Star Chef Atul Kochhar, these delicacies embody the rich heritage and the culinary journey of the cuisines of India.

SAGA showcases progressive Indian cuisine by complementing the flavours and traditions of India with global and local ingredients and techniques. It is a collection of stories with unique recipes and traditional ingredients; every element of Saga is carefully chosen to tell a tale of its own. It’s an amalgamation of founder Vishal Anand’s vision and delectable thoughtfully curated by Chef Kochhar and his team.

It is a particularly strong example of how to change circumstances into unique opportunities. When it comes to its food and drink offerings from the wide-ranging exclusively curated menu by none other than Chef Kochhar, nothing beats the traditional Garhwali Kulth Ki Kachori, Paneer Pide, Nadru Ki Chaat, Chicken Tikka Pie, Ayam Tikka, Kundan Qali, Dal Moradabadi and many more. Add Chocolate Delice, Agra ka Petha, Caramel Bhapa Doi to the list and the day is made.
