The last few years have seen a massive upsurge in popularity of Yoga. After the  United Nations decided to celebrate International Yoga Day every year on June 21, since 2015, millions of people across the world are taking to Yoga asanas and paranayama as a way of life. This has also seen a phenomenon boom in  literature on Yoga.  Yoga for Super Immunity, authored by Bijoylaxmi Hota is one such book   that hit the stand last month.

The book focusses on yoga practices to boost up immunity, something that has become a buzz among the people in the post-covid ear. The book talks about Yoga practices  for healing, boosting up energy, cleaning of body and mind, inducting proper sleep, healthy diets among other things.

The book contains  techniques to detoxify the system, destress the mind, plant the right belief inn subconscious, maintain correct ph value, and improve the function of all the concerned body parts.  It also suggest right diet and necessary lifestyle changes to maintain supremely healthy body .

The author Bijoylaxmi Hota is a noted integrated yoga therapists who has written as many as nine books on Yoa and diet. These include bestseller like Yoga for Busy People.
