A one-day free medical camp on Sunday was organized by Dr. Krishna Pal Singh Yadav, Hon'ble Member of Parliament Lok Sabha, Guna at Maa Jaanki Mandir, Karila Dham, Ashoknagar. Under the guidance of Prof Dr Ajai Singh, Executive Director, AIIMS Bhopal, a team of 12 doctors from AIIMS Bhopal was sent to the camp to serve the patients.
A team of 12 doctors from AIIMS Bhopal participated in the camp. 1633 patients registered for the health camp.
The health checkup of patients was conducted by doctors of many different specialties during the whole day camp. The following doctors provided patient care during the camp - Dr. Moorat Singh Yadav, Associate Professor, Department of General Surgery, Dr. Vipin Kharade, Assistant Professor, Department of Radiotherapy, Dr Amol Mittal, Senior Resident, Department of Neurosurgery, Dr Sonali Barik, Senior Resident, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr Hemraj, Senior Resident, Department of Orthopedics, Dr Jignesh, Senior Resident, Department of Paediatrics, Dr Monika Chouhan, Senior Resident, Department of Dermatology, Dr Akash Mangrole, Senior Resident, Department of Pulmonary Medicine, Dr Deepashri Tekam, Senior Resident, Department of Dentistry, and Junior Residents - Dr Srinivas and Dr Varshit V The coordination of activities of the health camp was carried out by Dr Anindo Majumdar, Associate Professor, Department of Community & Family Medicine.
