Allotment of vacant E/F/EF type houses under licensing scheme in BSL

Ex-employees of BSL, BPSCL and other units of SAIL located in Bokaro, who were separated from the service of the company on or before 30-06-2022 or their spouse or dependents, now under the housing license scheme will get quarters of E/F/EF type in  Sector-1, Sector-2 , Sector -5, Sector -6, Sector -8, Sector -9, Sector -11, Sector -12 and Camp-2. It is noteworthy that for this license scheme, the list of vacant E/F/EF type houses will be displayed on the notice board of the Town Services Department on or before January 11, 2023. Interested people can fill the choice of maximum seven houses for allotment from the list of displayed houses.

Under this scheme, the form for allotment of houses on license will be available on-line from January 11, 2023 at State Bank Collect. Interested applicants have to submit the form on-line only on the website of State Bank Collect. The last date for submission of on-line form has been fixed as 12 February 2023. The printed copy of the application can be submitted till February 13, 2023 at the counter located at the main gate of Nagar Seva Bhawan. Under this scheme, only one house will be allotted to the applicant. Notably Ex-employees or their spouses or dependents of BSL, BPSCL and other units of SAIL located in Bokaro will not be able to take advantage of this scheme, who have already taken company accommodation on license or lease in the past. The processing fee of Rs 1000 has been kept for this scheme and for allotment of houses on license, it has been decided to deposit only Rs 1,50,000 as security deposit and Rs 47,190 only as other charges. Displaced category applicants will have to deposit only Rs 75,000 as security deposit.
