RBI holds capacity building programme
A one day capacity building workshop was organized by Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Ranchi for 46 Financial Literacy Counselors from all the leading banks that are Bank of India, State Bank of India, Indian Bank and Jharkhand Rajya Gramin Bank working in the State of Jharkhand. All the participants were guided by RBI, Ranchi, General Manager (O/C), Sanjeev Sinha in the said workshop. In the opening address by Head of the RBI, Ranchi, Department of Financial Inclusion and Development, Binod Bihari Mishra the strategy for financial literacy during the upcoming Financial Literacy Week (February 13-17, 2023) was explained. Regional Literacy Officer, Arvind Ekka was also present on the occasion.
ANM-GNM contract workers continue strike
On the joint call of Jharkhand ANM GNM Contract Employees Union and Jharkhand Contracted ParaMedical Employees Union, it is the 22nd day of the statewide protest called in front of Raj Bhavan Ranchi and the 15th day of the fast unto death, the condition of the hunger strike workers is continuously deteriorating but the government So far, no representative has appeared for talks or assurance in this regard by or by the department. This has created anger among the contract employees of the entire State. 10 disputes settled in Ranchi Arbitration Center
As many as 10 disputes were settled at one go at the Arbitration Centre, Ranchi. All the disputes between Dewan Midha and Roshan Lal Bhatia were pending for execution in the Court. Out of which complaint case number 1751/2010 was sent for mediation in Mediation Center, Ranchi on February 1, 23 from SDJM, Ranchi, Praveen Oraon. Advocate mediator, Mamta Srivastava and Advocates of both the parties Vikrant Sinha and Ejaz Ahmed resolved the dispute in three meetings with their understanding.
