On the eve of Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary the Nation is
observing an hour dedicated to cleanliness. As part of of this
celebration, the Border Security Force Training Centre and School Meru
also held a programme named ‘ One Day One Hour’ under the leadership
of centre IG KS Banyal as a special cleanliness drive at Hazaribag
stadium.
The programme witnessed participation from officials and jawans of the
force. The drive was carried out despite heavy rain in the town. The
residents of the town were encouraged the efforts of the force.
During the voluntary contribution of cleaning the areas of the
Hazaribag stadium were contributed by the public of Hazaribag also.
Before, the Hazaribag stadium cleanliness constructed building of ITI
at Silwar.
On this occasion the IG KS Banyal said that we are going to celebrate
the raising day of BSF Meru camp on 1st December on large level. In
this programme more than 100 jawans and officials from all frontier of
BSF will take part. We have decided the all the guest jawans will be
stayed in this building.
