Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today planted saplings of Belpatra, Peepal and Gulmohar in the Smart City Garden along with Jan Seva Mitras, journalists and citizens. On the occasion of his rebirth day, Himanshu Chouhan planted saplings along with Chief Minister Chouhan.
Himanshu's father and senior journalist Charan Singh Chouhan said that by the grace of God and the amount approved by the government, his son's liver transplant was successfully conducted. After the transplant, he was discharged from the hospital on October 1, hence he celebrates October 1 as Himanshu's rebirth day. He expressed gratitude to Chouhan for the assistance. Along with him, his wife Ingesh Chouhan, journalist Sikandar Ahmed, surgeon Subodh Varshney and Rohit Chouhan also planted saplings.
Along with Chief Minister Chouhan, Swami Vivekananda University Sagar Founder Vice-Chancellor Anil Tiwari planted saplings with his family. Sushri Somya Tiwari, Dr. Pratibha Tiwari, Swasti Tiwari, Brijesh Chouhan and Ram Dhakad also planted saplings.
