To mark 75 years of Mahatma Gandhi’s martyrdom, discussions, Gandhi bhajan as well as a poster and picture exhibition are being organized at the Deendayal Upadhyay auditorium at the Science College campus here on January 30.
The events are being organized jointly by the Sahitya Akademi Chhattisgarh, Sanmati and Azim Premji Foundation.
Sahitya Akademi President Ishwar Singh Dost, Sanmati President Manmohan Agarwal and Azim Premji Foundation state head Sunil Shah said a group of Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya at Khairagarh will present the hymns of Mahatma Gandhi.
Gandhian Dr. Sujata Chowdhary of Bhagalpur, author Ashok Kumar Pandey and Shailendra Kumar from Daltonganj will interact with youths on the Gandhian thoughts, ideals and life.
