In good news for the residents of the Capital city and nearby areas, flight services will be launched for seven new cities from Ranchi's Birsa Munda Airport. As per the summer schedule released by DGCA for March 26 to October 28, now air services will start from Ranchi to Deoghar, Goa, Cochin, Mangaluru, Visakhapatnam, Srinagar, and Jaipur.
This flight will reach Ranchi from Deoghar at 12.10 hrs and fly back to Deoghar at 12.40 hrs. Air Asia is going to start its service for Srinagar. This flight of Air Asia will go to Srinagar via Delhi Ranchi Delhi. This flight will reach Ranchi at 08.15 am and take off at 08.45 am. Akasa Airlines service has also been added to the summer schedule. But it will take about two months to start the service of Akash Airlines. Akasha Airlines is going to start Bangalore Ranchi Bangalore, Bangalore Ranchi Hyderabad and Hyderabad Ranchi Bangalore service. Soon the service of Jet Airlines is also going to start from Ranchi.
Indigo will start Bangalore Ranchi Pune Mangalore Flight Service to Mangalore, Bangalore Ranchi Pune Visakhapatnam Service to Visakhapatnam and Deoghar Rachi Deoghar service. Indigo is also scheduled to launch Jaipur Ranchi Jaipur flight service to Jaipur and Goa Ranchi Goa Flight Service to Goa
Air Asia will launch Delhi Ranchi Delhi Srinagar service to Srinagar, Bangalore Ranchi Bangalore Cochin service to Cochin.
