Governor C P Radhakrishnan is set to create a record of example for bureaucrats, chief ministers and his own successors to do what he is going to do.
He is coming by road from Ranchi to Latehar, Daltonganj and Ramkanda in Garhwa district by road. His road journey begins on June 8. He will be returning to Ranchi by road again on June 9.
Never in the annals of the travel history of Jharkhand,a Governor has been found travelling to Palamu by road.
Governor C P Radhakrishnan's road journey from Ranchi to Ramkanda via Latehar and Daltonganj a conservative distance of 225 kms up and down in this hot summer is an eye opener where the VVIPs just step out of the chopper and again sits in to fly back to Ranchi with the commoners looking blank.
The governor will first reach Latehar by road on June 8 where he has 3 programmes. On the same day he will be at Lahlahey panchayat in Palamu later in the evening for disbursement of compensation.
The governor will have his night stay in the circuit house Daltonganj. On June 9 he will visit Ramgarh block which has a fairly large population of particularly vulnerable tribal groups and then Ramkanda in Garhwa district.
He will return to Ranchi by road again on June 9 after having lunch here in the circuit house Daltonganj.
His entourage of 40 officials and personnel read the tour programme of the governor.
