A government school teacher-cum-hostel superintendent was suspended for allegedly indulging in an immoral act with a woman in a pre-metric tribal boys' hostel in Korba district of Chhattisgarh. Korba District Education Officer suspended Pradeep Kumar Toppo, who was an Assistant Teacher (LB) in a primary school in Chandauti village, an official order said on Tuesday. Toppo is also Superintendent of the tribal boys' hostel. The action followed a report by the Block Education Officer about the incident that occurred on Sunday night. The students locked them up when they were inside a room and alerted the police.
