History sheeter Arshad's house at Teelajamalpura was razed who was accused of cutting finger after he refused to pay Rs 500 , accused used a sharp edged weapon for comiitting the crime.

The administration broke down the house of habitual criminal Arshad alias Babba, who attacked traders for not paying extortion money.

The administration team, which arrived on Sunday morning, started the process of demolishing his house. Arshad is a clever scoundrel.

He has been booked for 32 serious offenses. Recently he was released from jail in the case of externment violation case.

After this, he along with six of his gang mates attacked two businessmen with sharp weapons for not paying extortion money in KQ

Qazi Camp, Wafna Colony. A businessman's finger was cut off in the attack. The accused have not been arrested yet.

According to the police, Shadab Khan (22), is a resident of Indra Sahayata Nagar, Tilajmalpur, works at tea shop at Qazi Camp. Arshad Babba, Anas Dana, Wahid Daru, Bada Kallu, Chhota Kallu, Danish and Tanjim came to the shop and drank tea at around 2 pm on the intervening night of Friday-Saturday. After drinking tea, the accused started threatening by showing knife, knife and knife that if they want to run a shop in the area, they will have to pay Rs 500 per day or Rs 5000 per month.

 On this Shadab said that the shop belongs to Wasim Bhai that he only handle the counter  enraged by this, the miscreants started vandalizing the shop.

 The miscreants again came threatening and started demanding extortion and when Wasim Bhai opposed this, Anas Dana along with Arshad Babba attacked him with a sharp edged weapon due to which Wasim finger was severed. The accused fled from the spot threatening them. Its complainant went to the police station and registered a case.

Police have registered cases against the accused under sections of attempt to murder and extortion. All the accused have criminal record.

 Jahangirabad police have nabbed accused in violation of externment orders about three months ago. History-sheeter Babba was recently released from jail. After this, he along with the gang started threatening the traders for extortion. The police also takes him to Badar district, but he does not leave the city.

 Arshad, works as a driver and is also indulges in gambling.
