Young wings of the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday clashed in Raipur over the disqualification of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi as a MP.
The clash broke out after Indian Youth Congress (IYC) workers staged a protest at the BJP office here.
The IYC workers blackened the posters of BJP leaders outside the party office. They also scuffled with some BJP workers.
After that, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) activists reached the Congress Bhawan where a violent clash erupted. Both sides stoned one another.
The youth wings of both parties lodged police cases against each other.
