Jamshedpur entrepreneur Sudhanshu Kumar has sold his first Edtech company, iNeuron, to Physicswallah for INR 250 crore. Sudhanshu, who previously worked with consulting companies such as Deloitte and Ernst & Young, founded the edtech startup in 2019, and iNeuron was one of India's few affordable and profit-making skilled education platforms.

Sudhanshu Kumar, founder and CEO of iNeuron, has cultivated a deep-seated enthusiasm for learning and gaining knowledge. A deep thinker and avid learner, Kumar has long held a curiosity about what's happening in the world of technology. He has taken this passion to a new level. His primary goal is to transform how education is tailored to meet the needs of corporates and enterprises internationally and make sure that it is sustainable and accessible to everyone. Beyond the facts, Kumar's limitless curiosity and determination ultimately drive his success.

With more than 600 courses across all technologies including state-of-the-art projects in emerging technology like data science, block chain, IoT, AR/VR, and commercial drones, iNeuron has established itself as one of India’s leading EdTech solutions, offering innovative solutions for both aspiring professionals and experienced individuals alike. From live and recorded sessions to 24x7 doubt clarifications and job portals, iNeuron is revolutionizing how we learn and secure jobs. iNeuron is empowering them with the knowledge they need to succeed and stay on top of the ever-evolving technologies. Their students are placed in well-known companies such as Amazon, Hitachi, and Wipro etc.

Commenting on the acquisition, Kumar said, “The exciting potential of this joint venture in striving for our mutual goal of making education more accessible to all learners. With this shared belief system and a strong commitment to transforming the learning experience, this collaboration is certain to bring about significant positive changes and open up a wealth of opportunities for both organizations. A promising new era for educational excellence is on the horizon, and both iNeuron and PhysicsWallah look forward to the success this joining of forces is likely to bring.”
