The festival of Karma, symbolizing the love and protection of brothers and sisters, took place in a peaceful atmosphere in rural areas including Lohardaga. On the occasion of Karma, the sisters fast the whole day and worship the Karam branch and pray for the protection of their brother. The festival was celebrated with great pomp at Police Line Buxidipa. On the occasion, Principal District and Sessions Judge Rajendra Bahadur Pal and SP Harish Bin Zaman reached the place of worship and encouraged the police personnel. Similarly, under the aegis of Central Sarna Committee Lohardaga, Karma Puja ceremony was organized in the tribal hostel premises. Superintendent of Police Haris Bin Zaman and Sub-Divisional Officer Lohardaga were present as chief guests at the puja ceremony.
