According to reports, Manoj Singh, former pradhan of Basuchak village in the Kotwali area of Ghazipur, was going to attend a wedding with his family on Monday evening. He stopped at RKBK petrol pump in Banshi Bazar and all of a sudden, the family members saw Manoj slump on the seat with blood stains all over his clothes. They raised an alarm and the victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors pronounced him dead upon arrival.
