High-quality information and special discussion related to brain cancer was successfully organized in the premises of Jawaharlal Nehru Cancer Hospital, Bhopal on Saturday.
In this event, 32 eminent brain cancer experts of the country shared their views and enriched the knowledge of about 200 trainers involved in very informative discussions on the improvements in the medical practice. Executive Director AIIMS, Bhopal Prof. (Dr.) Ajai Singh attended the inauguration of neuro-oncology symposium as Chief Guest. Both institutions agreed to work jointly in teaching training and research.
The program was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Ajai Singh, Executive Director, AIIMS, Bhopal in the dignified presence of Asha Joshi (President, Jawaharlal Nehru Cancer Hospital), Mrs. Divya Parashar (Chief Executive Officer, Jawaharlal Nehru Cancer Hospital) and Dr Gautam Kumar Sharan, Medical Director.
During the program senior radiation therapy experts guided the audience with their experience and way of life. Apart from this, experts shared their views on the complex problems of brain cancer. In this regard, a long discussion was also held about the progress in chemotherapy, surgery and radiation therapy.
