As a part of 52nd National Safety Day – 2023 celebration by SAIL Safety Organization, Ranchi, a Sit & Draw competition was organized for the Children of SAIL Ranchi Based Units at SAIL, Samudayik Bhawan, Satellite Township.
The topic for the competition was ‘Importance of Safety in day to day life’ and was organized in four categories from Nursery till Class XII. Students were apprised of different aspects of safety in day to day life like Road Safety, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, Home Safety etc.
Asish Chakraborty, Executive Director (SSO) and Shashi Vashishta, Chief General Manager (Safety), SSO boosted the morale of the children by being present in the competition and called upon them to be vigilant about safety in daily life. Total 53 students participated enthusiastically. Adjudged winners will be awarded on the National Safety Day Award function.
