Chhattisgarh Police on Sunday arrested two persons for stealing gold and silver ornaments, a mobile phone and Rs 10,000 in cash totaling Rs 3.50 lakhs in Mahasamund district.
They committed theft from a jewelry shop in Bagbahara town on January 27.
Mahasamund Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Singh identified them as Mehandi Hussein (33) and Haider Ali (26), both from Odisha.
The police nabbed them from Korba district.
The police recovered the ornaments, the mobile phone and cash from them.
