Two motorcycle-borne men were killed on Friday in a head-on collision with a truck in Bilaspur district in Chhattisgarh.
Bilaspur Superintendent of Police Santosh Singh identified the victims as Chandrashekhar Gandharva (23) and his relative Panchram Gandharva (25).
The incident took place when they were returning to Saraipali village from Kargikhurd.
The speeding truck coming from the opposite direction hit and dragged them, resulting in their deaths on the spot.
Efforts were on to nab the truck driver who fled the spot.
