Former Chief Secretary of Chhattisgarh Vivek Dhand was on Friday appointed the Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Innovation Commission.
He earlier served as Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), a General Administration Department order said.
The Innovation Commission has been formed to give suggestions to the government from time to time for effective implementation of administrative innovations. It includes various public welfare schemes.
