On this occasion, Ramanathan said that the path of truth and non-violence shown by Gandhiji to the Indians in the freedom struggle of India is a reflection of Indian culture. This is a unique example in the whole world and nowhere in the world has the freedom struggle been successful on the basis of non-violence.
