A MoU was signed between CCL and NASSCOM on Tuesday for skill development training of employees in emerging technologies. CCL Director (Personnel) Harsh Nath Mishra and NASSCOM National Lead Sudhir Kumar were present on the occasion.
This MoU reflects the effort to increase digital awareness among CCL employees. This will further accelerate the digital transformation of CCL, which will help in preparing a skilled workforce in new age digital skills.
GM (HRD) RK Pandey welcomed Director (Personnel) Harsh Nath Mishra and National Lead of NASSCOM FutureSkills Prime Sudhir Kumar.
Director (Personnel) Harsh Nath Mishra said that emerging digital technology is an important part of our daily life. Skill development in these technologies will not only increase efficiency in the work performance of the personnel but they will also be familiar with cyber security and digital awareness, he added.
CCL is the first coal company of CIL to enter into such an MoU with NASSCOM, which is a significant step in its digital transformation journey.
