They added that Udbhav Utsav will start with an attractive carnival at 2 pm on 15 October, in which all the Indian and foreign teams will give their presentations from the Medical Auditorium and reach Jiwaji Club via Theme Road, where "Udbhav Utsav 2024" will be inaugurated in a grand ceremony.
The program is being organized with the cooperation of Greenwood Public School, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Indian Institute of Travel Management, Culture Department, MP Government, Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
