Gyan Aarjan Week was organized in BHEL, Bhopal from September 5 to 11. On the closing ceremony of this program organized the other day on the theme Align-Act-Achieve, SM Ramanathan, Executive Director, BHEL, Bhopal was present as the Chief Guest.
Birendra Kumar Singh, General Manager (HR) and Swagata S Saxena, Additional General Manager (HRDC), along with all the General Managers and employees were present in the program.
Ramanathan in his address that "We have to learn new things every day, we have to keep learning continuously as per the need of the organisation, only then we can be successful in the race of competition in the market." Appreciating the subject matter of the Gyan Aarjan Week, he told the employees that apart from their work, they should also keep an eye on the business environment. He emphasized on continuous improvement.
On this occasion, Birendra Kumar Singh, General Manager (HR), in his welcome address, shared the importance of BHEL Gyan Aarjan Saptah and the various activities, technical webinars and competitions organized in its celebration.
The keynote speaker of the programwas Kiran Gavande and Sanjay Kadam, Mumbai Dabbawalas. They shared the management formulas for the continuous achievements of the 130-year-old institution in a very simple and interesting way. The basic mantra of his institute is "Annadan Mahadaan". Also, we work for 100% customer satisfaction. Apart from this, the attention of the participants was focused on the diversification done by Mumbai Dabbawalas after the global pandemic Covid.
This year, many lectures, programs and competitions were organized with the cooperation of the top management of the Human Resource Development Center. In which important online lectures were successfully organized on Nuclear Power Plant Scenario, Women's Financial Empowerment Program, Three phase Kolkata Metro Project, Various Protection scheme of Transformer and Renewable Energy Scenario. Apart from this, My Learning Diary page and online quiz competition were also organized.
