Senior litterateur and educationist Shiv Kumar Tiwari said that while languages are perishing all over the world, the Hindi language is becoming richer. It is everyone's responsibility to maintain the form of the Hindi language and support the Hindi language.
He was speaking as chief guest of the closing ceremony of Hindi Mahotsav 2024 organised under the aegis of Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Parivar Hindi Samiti on Friday.
On this occasion, Power Management Company's Chief General Manager Human Resources and Administration and Hindi Committee Chairman Rajiv Gupta, Additional Chief General Manager Akhilesh Kumar Agarwal, Deputy General Manager Alok Srivastava, Hindi Committee Convenor Deepak Nigam, Competition Coordinator and Manager Human Resources Parag Mishra, Power Transmission Company's Public Relations Officer Shashikant Ojha and a large number of power personnel were present.
In the ceremony, Shiv Kumar Tiwari was honored by the Hindi Committee for his unforgettable contribution to Hindi. Power companies committed to work in Hindi- Hindi Committee Chairman and Power Management Company Chief General Manager Rajiv Gupta said that for the last two years, a large number of power personnel are joining the Hindi Mahotsav by staging plays and organizing book exhibitions.
He said that power companies are committed to promoting Hindi and working in Hindi. Rajesh Pathak and Rajiv Gupta honoured with Lifetime Achievement Award- Hindi Committee General Secretary Rajesh Pathak and active member Rajiv Gupta were honoured with 'Lifetime Achievement Award' for contributing and cooperating with the Hindi Council and Committee for more than three decades.
It is worth mentioning that Rajesh Pathak is retiring from power companies in September and Rajiv Gupta in October. All participants received prizes- Three competitions were organized in the Hindi Mahotsav. All the participants of these competitions were awarded certificates by the Hindi Committee. The results were as follows:- Manoj Kumar Nashine got first prize in the Quiz Competition, Sanjay Gautam second, Manoj Verma third and consolation prize Hari Om Gupta and Anima Jha.
