Meet to review rural development programs

Review meeting of rural development programs concluded in Indore district. Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Indore Siddharth Jain reviewed the works of Jal Jeevan Mission, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, MNREGA .In the meeting held in the District Panchayat Assembly Room, Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Shri Siddharth Jain reviewed the works of Jal Jeevan Mission, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, MNREGA etc. schemes.

Collector Indore Ashish Singh has given instructions to transfer the tap water schemes completed in the district to the Gram Panchayats.

In the meeting, District Panchayat CEO  Siddharth Jain reviewed each pending scheme work wise with Assistant Engineer of PHE and District CEO. In the review, it was found that 10 works in Sanwer district, village Khatrikhedi and Telyakhedi in Indore district, Choral and Kamdpur in Mhow district and Datoda, Harnasa, Gangajalkhedi and Tajkhedi in Depalpur district, in this way, the construction work has been completed by PHE in a total of 18 Naljal Yojana in the district and trial run of scheme operation to the Panchayats has also been done.

District Panchayat CEO  Siddharth Jain directed the entire district to complete the handover of these 18 Naljal Yojana by Monday. CEO Janpad Panchayat was directed that if the Panchayat does not take over deliberately, then propose action against the guilty Panchayat under the Panchayat Raj Act for obstruction in the government scheme.

In the meeting, District Panchayat CEO  Siddharth Jain also reviewed the Adarsh ??Mokshadham development works in 25 villages by the Gram Panchayats in the district village wise. The works of Mokshadham development in village Talavali, Rangwasa in Depalpur district, Kampel and Tillaurkhurd in Indore district, village Balaria and Budhi Barlai in Sanwer district, village Panda and Jamli in Mhow district are nearing completion. District Panchayat CEO Siddharth Jain directed all the assistant engineers to ensure that the ongoing works of Mokshadham development are completed by 30 September.

Development works are to be done in the villages related to the amount collected from the additional shelter fund in the district. For the selection of works under the said head, District Panchayat CEO Shri Siddharth Jain directed that the assistant engineer should personally inspect the site of each proposed work and the CEO of the district should certify that there is no dispute/problem regarding the work being done at the proposed work site. All the districts were directed to send the settlement proposals from the Gram Panchayats on the prescribed parameters within 07 days.
