The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC)on Tuesday organized a felicitation ceremony as part of the ongoing ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ (SHS) campaign celebrating the contributions of various stakeholders who have supported NDMC in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards over the past 10 years.
Under the theme ‘Swabhaav Swachhata, Sanskaar Swachhata’ the event underscored the role of all the stakeholders in maintaining cleanliness into daily habits and cultural practices.
On the occasion, Chairman, NDMC Ashwini Kumar presented the certificates of appreciation to the top-performing schools, Safaimitras, Departments and wards of NDMC for recognizing their outstanding contributions in ensuring cleanliness in their respective areas. These awards were a testament to their unwavering dedication and commitment to creating a cleaner, greener New Delhi.
