Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) launched a six-week local induction training program for 19 Operator-cum-Technician (OCT) and Attendant-cum-Technician (ACT) trainees. Chief Guest Manish Jalota, Chief General Manager (Learning and Development), inaugurated the program, urging trainees to embrace safety and discipline for the plant's growth.
The event featured a safety pledge and a motivational address by Jalota. The program was coordinated by S. N. Mishra, with support from the Learning and Development team, including Anita Kumari, Rajeev Ranjan, and Sweta. After training, the trainees will join various plant departments.
