nder the guidance of Chief Electoral Officer Shri K. Ravi Kumar, those officials of various assembly constituencies of the state who had completed their training last month for the upcoming assembly elections but had scored low marks in the examination conducted during the training. Election Commission of India organized a 2-day refresher training for them through online medium in the Election House. In this training program, the trainers of the Commission provided training on various topics related to conducting elections to the officials associated with the elections of Jharkhand as well as Maharashtra.
On this occasion, the national level trainers of the Election Commission of India gave point-wise training to the officials related to the election about their duties and rights during the election through online medium. Along with this, information related to compliance of the Commission's guidelines in conducting peaceful and error-free elections was also provided.
All the officials who had scored less marks in the past were present in the training session, while Assistant Chief Electoral Officer Dev Das Dutta, Junior Election Officer Sunil Kumar, System Analyst S.N. Jameel and other officials were also present from the Chief Electoral Office to assist in the training of the officials.
