Union Home Minister Amit Shah will kick off BJP Parivartan yatra today from Bhognadih the birth place of Veer Shaheed Sidhu Kanhu who led the Santhal revolt in 1855 today. The Parivartan Yatra will run from September 20 to October 2.
BJP Parivartan Yatra convenor and Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash said that the Parivartan Yatra will start in two divisions from September 20. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate the Parivartan Yatra of Santhal Pargana division at 11 am from the Police Line ground in Sahibganj. Before this, Shah will garland the statue of Veer Sidhu Kanhu in Bhognadih and pay tribute to him.
Prakash said that the Parivartan Yatra of Dhanbad division will be inaugurated by Union Home Minister Amit Shah from Jharkhandi Dham ground in Jamua of Giridih district at 3:00 pm. Before this, he will visit the Shiva temple in Jharkhand Dham and offer prayers there.
Prakash said that this yatra, led by state BJP president and former chief minister Babulal Marandi, the yatra will cover a distance of 5400 kms, passing through more than 200 blocks in the entire state. The yatra will pass through all 81 assembly constituencies. There will be 80 welcome programmes, 65 public rallies in the yatra, in which more than 50 prominent national and state leaders will participate.
Prakash said that for the last about 5 years, the thugbandhan government of Jharkhand has hurt the self-respect, identity and identity of the state. The people of Jharkhand are known for honesty, truth and hard work. The Hemant government has defamed Jharkhand in the country and the world. Jharkhand has become known for loot, corruption and mountains of notes.
He said that the Hemant government has not only looted the mines, minerals and land, but also made other welfare schemes of the central government including the Nal Jal Yojana a victim of corruption. The common people have been devastated by this step of the state government.
Prakash said that this government has become the patron of Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltrators. Due to infiltrators, there has been an unexpected change in the demography of the state. The tribal population has decreased rapidly and the Muslim population has increased rapidly.
Through the Parivartan Yatra, the BJP and the general public will demand answers with the slogans of 'Janata Hemant Soren Jawab Do, 5 Saal Ka Hisaab Do'. The youth power and women power of the state are determined to bring change in the state.
He said that more than 1800 acres of land has been forged in the state. Transactions worth more than Rs 3000 crore have been done in violation of the CNT Act. Its strings are connected to Kolkata.
State convener of Parivartan Yatra MP Deepak Prakash said that Parivartan Yatra is for system change along with change of power. This yatra is an expression of the public sentiments of the three and a half crore people of the state.
He said that the public has made up its mind to oust the corrupt Congress, JMM and RJD alliance from power. This yatra, under the leadership of state president and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi ji, will prove to be a milestone in the state.
