Vigilance Awareness Week was inaugurated at NTPC Mining Limited (NML) Headquarters, Ranchi, on October 28, 2024. The Vigilance Commission has designated this year's observance from October 28 to November 3, 2024, with the theme: “Culture of Integrity for Nation's Prosperity.”
On this occasion, Animesh Jain, CEO, NML & RED (Coal Mining), led the integrity pledge ceremony in the presence of department heads and senior officials. Employees participated enthusiastically and were encouraged to take the e-pledge by visiting the Central Vigilance Commission’s website.
A variety of activities have been planned for the week, including essay and slogan competitions (in both Hindi and English) for employees and their families. Painting competition for school children will be organized to raise awareness. Banners and posters, both digital and physical, have been prominently displayed across key locations to promote the event.
Employee participation in Vigilance Awareness Week aims to raise awareness among stakeholders, foster collective efforts against corruption, and strengthen the commitment to building a vigilant and transparent nation.
