Get on a journey to the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean and the spice-laden bazaars of Istanbul as the culinary expert, Chef Ozgur Yildirim brings the soul of Turkish cuisine to life.

Chef  Yildirim is a talented Turkish culinary artist whose passion for food is matched by his commitment to creating unique dining experiences. His culinary journey began in his family kitchen, where his love for cooking flourished. With rich experiences at prestigious establishments, such as the Radisson Blu Hotel in Trabzon and Seyyami Usta in Kuwait, he has honed his craft and developed a deep appreciation for flavours.  With degrees from Gedik University and Esenyurt University in Istanbul, Chef Yildirim brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, personal touch to his creations.

At Cosy Box, he expertly matches traditional techniques with a modern take, crafting a menu that delights both the eye and the palate. Chef Yildirim's philosophy revolves around creating dishes that evoke happiness and connection. He believes that “bringing pleasure to the guests through food is the greatest reward,” a sentiment that fills every plate he serves. This genuine approach to cooking ensures that each meal at Cosy Box is not just about nourishment but a shared experience that accords long after the last bite. His signature dishes like the Lamb Adana and Chicken Adana, each thoughtfully prepared to reminisce the heart of Turkish cuisine while incorporating subtle influences from Asian, Indian, and European traditions.

How can there be Turkish meals and not Baklava? Chef treats his diners to a pleasant surprise with the Baklava cheesecake, an innovative twist on a beloved classic that delivers a perfect ending to any meal. That's not all.  Cosy Box's new line of dessert menu draws inspiration from the grandeur of Greek mythology. The star of the show is the signature Tiramisu, re-imagined with a divine twist. Alongside it, a luscious Pistachio delight and Apollo-inspired flavours round out a trio of desserts that elevate the art of sweet indulgence.

  • Four Cheese Portobello - cheese stuffed portobello mushroom,asparagus, tomato fondue.
  • Spicy Avocado Sushi - white rice, avocado, cucumber, Tanuki, spicy mayo, togarashi.

  • Lamb Chop - Black rice risotto, asparagus & porcini reduction.
