LIC announces relaxations for victims of Pahalgam Terror Attack
LIC of India expresses deep grief over the death of innocent citizens at Pahalgam in the terrorist attack. LIC of India is committed to supporting those affected and will expedite claim settlements to provide financial relief. Siddharta Mohanty, CEO and MD of LIC announced many concessions to mitigate the hardships of the claimants of LIC policies. In lieu of death certificates, any evidence in Government records of death of the policyholder due to the terrorist attack or any compensation paid by Central/State government will be accepted as proof of death.
Conferment of the Rank of Honorary Colonel on Professor Prateek Sharma, Vice Chancellor of DTU
It is with immense pride and honour that we share with you that the Pipping Ceremony of Professor Prateek Sharma, Vice Chancellor, Delhi Technological University was held on 25th April at Delhi Technological University during Saamant, 2025 organised by National Cadet Corps (NCC) DTU. Professor Sharma was conferred the prestigious rank of Honorary Colonel by the Government of India.
