Strongly condemning the brutal killing of 26 innocent civilians in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, Satnam Singh Gambhir, East India President of the All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF), expressed deep anguish and anger over the inhuman attack by armed men. Calling it an incident that “shames humanity”, Gambhir said the entire country is in grief and outrage.
“This is not just an attack on innocent lives, but on the very conscience of humanity. The entire nation is mourning, and we demand justice,” he stated. Gambhir emphasized the need for a thorough and impartial investigation, ensuring that those responsible face strict and swift punishment.
Accompanied by Sukhwinder Singh, Sabbi, Dilbag Singh, and Inder Singh Inder, Gambhir extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and stood in solidarity with them during this time of sorrow.
Taking a firm stance on cross-border terrorism, Gambhir added, “It is high time Pakistan is taught a lesson. The country continues to provide safe haven to terrorists who orchestrate such barbaric acts. This must not be tolerated any longer.”
The AISSF leaders urged the central government to take decisive diplomatic and strategic action against those responsible and ensure the safety and security of every Indian citizen, especially in vulnerable regions like Jammu & Kashmir.
