Manipal Tata Medical College (MTMC), in its ongoing commitment to community health and emergency preparedness, organized a workshop on “Basic Life Support – Training of the Trainers” at its Baridih campus. The one-day program was conducted on April 26, 2025, with the aim of equipping participants with essential life-saving skills and the capability to train others within their organizations.

A total of 35 employees from Tata Motors, Jamshedpur, participated in the session. The training was organized by the Outreach department of MTMC in association with experienced faculty members of MTMC, who provided hands-on demonstrations and guided practical sessions on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), airway management, and emergency response protocols.
