Munda inaugurates 4D machine

Former CM and ex-Union Minister Arjun Munda today inaugurated the state-of-the-art robotic 4D spinal decompression machine at Pain and Physiotherapy Clinic located in the local Harmu Housing Colony. The machine has been installed for the first time in Ranchi. With this machine, spine-related problems like cervical spondylitis, neck pain, back pain, waist pain, sciatica, scoliosis, face joint dysfunction etc. can be easily cured. Pain and Physiotherapy Clinic is being run by Dr. Ajit Kumar and team for the last 30 years. Munda said that state-of-the-art robotic 4D spinal decompression machine is available in metropolitan cities, patients of Jharkhand will benefit from this facility available in Ranchi.

Athletes’ Meet at CMPDI

CMPDI's, three-day Inter Regional Institutes Athlete Meet 2024-25 organized by Regional Institute -III, Ranchi from 21.01.2025 to 23.01.2025 at the CMPDI sports ground, Ranchi was inaugurated by General Manager (Opencast) Randeep Singh and General Manager (Exploration) RK Singh. On this occasion, General Managers/ Heads of Departments of CMPDI(HQ) and Regional Institute-III, Ranchi, Representatives of Officers Association and Trade Unions and employees were present. Along with CMPDI(HQ) all Regional Institutes of CMPDI are participating in this meet. Winners were felicitated with medals by General Manager (Opencast) Randeep Singh and General Manager (Exploration) R.K. Singh.

SBPS students shine in IOS 2024-25

The students of Sarala Birla Public School, Ranchi demonstrated phenomenal performance in International Olympiad of Science 2024-25 conducted by Silver Zone Olympiad. Vatsal Arya of Std. VIII and Rounak Kumar of Std. X became Zonal toppers and they were also given a gift certificate worth INR 500/-. Samarth Raj of Std. X, Mrityunjay Mishra of Std. XI, Anvesha Agrawal and Simran of Std. XII became state toppers. 11 students were also accorded gold medals of excellence, 13 students got silver medals of excellence and 13 students got bronze medals of excellence. Principal, Paramjit Kaur, appreciated the incredible performance of the students. She also wished them luck for the national level of the competition.

SCS student shines at National Level
 
Shreya Hazra, a talented Class X student of Surendranath Centenary School, has made her school proud by securing the 2nd prize in Poster Designing at the national level. The competition conducted by The National Academy of Direct Taxes, New Delhi, saw participation from over 1530 schools registered globally and 3000+ entries  making this achievement all the more remarkable. Shreya was officially recognized and felicitated for her achievement on January 17, 2025 in New Delhi. "Shreya's outstanding talent and performance have earned her this recognition, and we congratulate her on this impressive feat", said Principal Samita Sinha.
