A total of 114 employees of Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL), who have completed 25 years of service, were honored at a long-term service award ceremony held on March 11. The event took place at the auditorium of the Human Resource (Learning & Development) Department and was attended by several senior officials.
Present at the ceremony were BSL director-in-charge B K Tiwari, executive director (works) C R Mahapatra, executive director (finance & accounts) Suresh Rangani, executive director (HR) Rajashree Banerjee, executive director (materials management) C R Mishra, and chief medical officer & in-charge of Bokaro General Hospital B B Karunamay, along with chief general managers, senior officers, and employees.
The event began with a welcome address by chief general manager (HR) Hari Mohan Jha. In his speech, director-in-charge B K Tiwari congratulated the employees for their dedicated service and encouraged them to share their rich experience with colleagues. Other senior officials also commended the contributions of the awardees and extended their best wishes.
During the ceremony, six executives and 108 non-executives were presented with long-term service certificates and gifts by the dignitaries. The program was conducted by assistant general manager (personnel) Dr. Nanda Priyadarshini and concluded with a vote of thanks by general manager (HR) Prabhakar Kumar.
