DAV Public School, Sector-4, Bokaro inaugurated its Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) calendar with a culturally rich and spiritually uplifting ceremony. The program began with Gayatri Mantra chanting and lamp lighting, followed by a soulful Ganesh Vandana dance that enthralled the audience.
In his inspiring address, Principal S.K. Mishra emphasized that co-curricular activities are the foundation of a well-rounded education. “Discovering students’ hidden talents and nurturing their physical, emotional, and cognitive development is essential in today’s learning environment. CCA is the pillar that supports this vision,” he stated. He also stressed aligning school programs with NEP to prepare students for future challenges.
The event featured instrumental music, a delightful puppet show by the Primary Wing, and seamless anchoring by Class IX student Bhavya.
Key attendees included Chief Coordinator L.K. Sinha, CCA In-charge Geeta, Middle Wing Coordinators Asha and Sudha, and house mistresses assigned to Dayanand, Virjanand, Vivekanand, and Shraddhanand Houses.
