Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met around 100 citizens at Janata Darshan held inside the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhavan of Gorakhnath Temple on Tuesday. He addressed their concerns and ensured prompt resolutions of each of their issues. He also warned officials against any kind of negligence in addressing people’s grievances.
The chief minister attentively listened to each individual’s problems and forwarded their applications to the relevant officials, issuing strict instructions for prompt and satisfactory resolution.
He said, “The government is dedicated to addressing every issue raised by the people. No one will face injustice under my administration.”
The chief minister approached each individual seated on chairs one by one, engaging with them directly. He warned officials that any delay or negligence in addressing public grievances would be unacceptable. During the Janata Darshan, several people approached the chief minister seeking financial help for medical treatment. The CM assured them that the government would provide full support for their treatment.
He directed officials to expedite the preparation of treatment cost estimates and forward them to the administration. For a woman seeking medical assistance, CM Yogi directed officials to arrange treatment at a medical college or a specialised hospital.
On matters related to revenue and police, the chief minister emphasised transparency and fairness, ensuring that no one faces injustice. Yogi also instructed officials to take strict legal action against those involved in illegal land grabs.
During his stay at Gorakhnath Temple, CM Yogi adhered to his traditional routine. On Tuesday morning, he offered prayers to Guru Gorakhnath, paid respects at the samadhi of his Gurudev Mahant Avaidyanath, and toured the temple premises. He visited the cowshed, fed jaggery to the cows, and instructed staff on their proper care.
