College student dies in mishap

A tragic accident occurred in Bhopal on Friday afternoon when a speeding truck collided with a college bus, dragging it for a long distance. The incident, which took place near NIFT College in Bhauri, resulted in the death of one student and left two others seriously injured.

Around 2 pm, a group of 55 people, including 51 students and four staff members from People's Engineering College, were returning from a visit to IISER College. While traveling on the road, the truck, bearing the registration number RJ17GA8818, hit the bus, number MP04ZH3229, from behind. The impact was so severe that the rear portion of the bus was badly damaged, and several students were trapped inside.
