In Ratibad, a 30-year-old divorced woman, employed in a private job, was allegedly raped by Aman Tiwari, an architect she met three years ago through work-related interactions.
Initially, Tiwari assisted her with small tasks, building familiarity. In June 2023, he took her to a resort in Ratibad under the guise of an outing, where he forcibly engaged in physical relations with her.
When she protested, he promised marriage, only to continue exploiting her sexually.
Upon learning of her pregnancy, Tiwari, along with his mother and brother, convinced her to undergo an abortion.
