An important meeting of Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee Nodal Officers and Central Control Room was held today at Congress Bhawan, Ranchi under the chairmanship of Pradesh Congress Committee President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh and in the presence of State Coordinator of Samvidhan Bachao Abhiyan Dr. Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu.
In the meeting, the four phases of the 40-day Samvidhan Bachao Abhiyan to be run in the state were discussed in detail and information about the district-wise updated status was obtained from the nodal officers appointed in the districts. The district nodal officers were asked to visit the districts on 26, 27 and 28 April and organize a meeting of the working committee, the report of which was submitted by the nodal officers in the meeting held today on 29 April.
Addressing the meeting, JPCC President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh said that the state level rally called in Ranchi on 3 May as scheduled will now be held on 6 May at Purana Vidhan Sabha Maidan, Dhurwa Ranchi. It is a matter of pride for our state that many national leaders including All India Congress Committee President Mallikarjun Kharge, Organization In-charge General Secretary KC Venugopal, General Secretary former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, State Congress In-charge K Raju, Co-in-charge Dr. Sirivella Prasad have agreed to participate in this rally.
State Congress Committee Chief Spokesperson Lal Kishore Nath Shahdeo said that after the rally on 06 May 2025, there will be a meeting of the State Congress Working Committee, in which National President Mallikarjun Kharge and General Secretary Organization In-charge KC Venugopal, Jharkhand In-charge K Raju will also participate. Shahdeo said that this will be the first occasion after the formation of the state when the National President will participate in the meeting of the State Working Committee.
Central Control Room In-charge Suryakant Shukla submitted a detailed report of the work done by the Central Control Room under the Constitution Bachao Abhiyan so far to the State President. He informed that the date of district level rally has been fixed for 11 districts, date will be fixed for other districts also by 1st May.
Among the nodal officers, Bandhu Tirkey, Jaleshwar Mahato, Shahzada Anwar, Pradeep Tulsyan, Sultan Ahmed Khan, Ajay Dubey, Ashok Chaudhary, Rama Khalkho Banna Gupta, Ramashray Prasad, Yogendra Sao, Dr. Rajesh Gupta, Baljeet Singh Bedi, Vinay Sinha Deepu, JP Patel, and many others were present.
