Loyola School came alive with vibrant energy as it hosted the Freshers' Welcome 2025 at the Fasy Auditorium, celebrating the arrival of its newest students through a lively and talent-packed event.

The program began with a warm introduction by the anchors, setting an enthusiastic tone for the evening. The Loyola Band opened the show with a spirited musical performance, followed by a classical welcome dance inspired by the flowing grace of a river, mesmerizing the audience with its elegance and coordination.

Adding a dash of excitement, the event featured a filmy quiz that kept participants on their toes, and a dazzling ramp walk competition that had the crowd cheering for their favorites. The cultural segment stood out with a thematic dance performance, where the performer gave a heartfelt explanation of the creative process behind the act. Another emotional dance beautifully portrayed a student's journey from bidding farewell to an old chapter to embracing new beginnings and friendships at Loyola.

A highlight of the evening was the musical jugalbandi — a harmonious blend of vocals and flute — that left the audience enthralled with its melodious symphony.

The ramp walk winners were announced with much fanfare: 1st Position: Mantra Mishra and Riya Ekka, 2nd Runners-up: Aditya Sharma and Adya Agarwal, 3rd Runners-up: Akshat Vedant and Zaina Khan

Addressing the gathering, Principal Fr Vinod shared inspiring words of encouragement for the freshers, urging them to embrace this new chapter with enthusiasm and a spirit of learning.
