During interrogation, he has admitted to doing obscene acts with five minors in the last 15 days. However, only one victim has reached the police so far. The accused is the brother of a hotel businessman. The police arrested the accused youth and sent him to jail.
Police station in-charge Brijendra Nigam said that 15 days ago, a minor girl who came with a complaint of bad touch told that a scooter rider had touched her indecently and ran away.
In 15 days, the police received five complaints of molestation. Based on the continuous complaints, the police watched more than 30 CCTV footage around the crime scene, which identified the accused and arrested him.
