Madhya Pradesh Police is committed to maintain peace and law and order in the state, curb crimes and arrest criminals. In this episode, the police took seriously the theft of about Rs 65 lakh in the police station DD Nagar area and successfully exposed the case within just 24 hours.
In this theft that took place during the wedding at the complainant's house, the house servant Pawan Dodiyar played the main role. He carried out the crime along with his two other accomplices Anil Damor and Amritlal Devda.
On 19 January 2025, the complainant Sunil's Manaklal Moonat reported that due to the wedding ceremony of his son in his house, the family had gone to Champa Vihar Marriage Garden.
On the same day at 12:30 pm, when the complainant Sunil Moonat reached his house, all the household items were found scattered. Some unknown miscreants broke the glass of the kitchen window and entered the house and broke the cupboard door and stole gold and silver jewellery, seven silver chains, three gold nuggets and Rs 12 lakh in cash.
On the complaint of the complainant, a BNS crime was registered at DD Nagar police station and investigation was taken up.
The police team checked the CCTV cameras around the crime scene. The police team tracked the route of the suspects seen in the CCTV. The cyber cell team also interrogated the suspects on the basis of technical evidence and informer systems.
On the basis of which the suspects Anil Damor resident of Terma Baudi Shivgarh and Amritlal Devda resident of Terma Baudi Shivgarh were arrested and questioned. During interrogation, the accused admitted to committing the theft with the help of their other partner Pawan father Gautam Dodiyar resident Mokhampura Bajna.
Pawan Dodiyar is a servant at the complainant's house. Due to this Pawan had accurate information about the money and jewellery kept in the house. When the family went to the garden due to a wedding in the house, Pawan called the accused Anil and Amritlal to commit the theft.
